Change of Heart or Plans? No Sweat. Kind Of. #
Life’s messy. And moving day plans sometimes change. We get it. That’s why we’ve kept this part simple, clear, and (mostly) forgiving — as long as you give us a bit of notice.
7.1 Heads-Up Goes a Long Way
We won’t ever charge you for rescheduling a move — zero penalty, zero drama. Just send us an email and we’ll move you to a new date, no stress. But…
If you decide to cancel the move altogether, here’s how it works:
7.2 Reservation Fee Policy (Effective August 1st, 2025)
Your £5 reservation fee is non-refundable if you cancel, for whatever reason.
But if we cancel the move? You get it back. No questions asked. Fair’s fair.
7.3 Timing Is Everything

Cancel 24+ hours before the move?
You’ll be charged a minimum of 2 hours at your confirmed rate.
That covers the team we had ready and prepped. -
Cancel after arrival (yes, it happens):
You’ll be charged 50% of the total quote or £385.00 — whichever is greater.
Once the wheels roll, the engine’s running.
7.4 Getting Your Refund
If you’ve paid more than just the £5 reservation fee and you’re eligible for a refund:

Bank transfers = no admin fees.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours. What your bank does after that, well, that’s up to them.
7.5 Storage Moves
Need to book a move out of storage? Give us at least 7 days’ notice to make sure everything runs like butter.

All we ask is a little respect for our time, just like we respect yours. Cancelling a move isn’t the end of the world — but do it right and we all walk away happy.
