So long as the fees are up to date and you comply with our conditions, we will license you the storage space and the license will continue until either party gives notice. We require one week’s written notice in order to terminate this agreement and will provide you with the same.

At M25 Movers, we are committed to providing competitive and affordable storage rates. The rates we offer are based on the assumption of timely payments from our clients. Timely payment helps us maintain efficient operations and keep our costs, and therefore your rates, as low as possible.

We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that can lead to occasional late payments. However, consistent late payments add significantly to our operational costs. If a client fails to make timely payments on more than one occasion, we reserve the right to adjust the storage rates accordingly.

To be clear, consistent failure to pay on time may result in a rate increase of up to 20% on your storage rent. This increase is not punitive, but rather a necessary adjustment to cover the additional administrative and operational costs incurred due to late payments.

We strongly encourage all clients to make their payments on time to avoid any potential rate increase. If you foresee any difficulties in making a timely payment, please reach out to our customer service team. We are here to help and can discuss possible solutions.
