Commercial moving
A new beginning, new ideas and new energy – exciting and surprising.
The concept is to take something so logistically complex as moving an office and make it as pain-free and straightforward as possible, plus allow you complete control.
When businesses start considering their move, we know that many get the ‘deer in the headlight’ syndrome. There’s so much to do, and they don’t know where to start.
To make things easier, we’ve identified three deciding factors to create the perfect moving experience.
Vans
All our vans come with the necessary equipment and then some. You need some last-minute packing? Done. Tools to take that bed apart? Done.
Our fleet have two types of vans;
LONDON’S VAN: Smaller vans to better handle the streets of London and more important – the parking. Each of those vans can comfortably carry 650 cubic feet of goods. To put it another way, that’s about as much stuff you have in a typical two-bedroom home without any live plants or patio furniture.
CROSS COUNTRY: We use those vans mainly for clients with 3 bedroom homes who are moving outside London, you know, to be close to parents and smell the fresh country air. Those vans have 2.5 times the volume capacity. To put it another way, that’s about as much stuff you have in a 3-4 bedroom home with all live plants and patio furniture. The only downside is that they are very hard to park and don’t fit 65% of London’s streets.
The Driver/ Team
The M25 Group has a long history of working with commercial enterprises in London. We’ve been around for 20 years, and some team members have been with us for almost as long. M25 Movers started commercial moving in our second year, so we’ve got the experience you expect.
Our company have two types of drivers;
The strong, silent type: Recommended for introverts or generally stressed managers with large offices and lots of stuff to get done.
The handsome, chatty type: Recommended for shiny, happy people with medium size offices that like to have a conversation while working.
The OFFICE
Winston Churchill once said (I know, right?): “Fail to plan, plan to fail.” Well, that’s a bit like the moving business. Nothing affects the success of your move more than how ready you get your office.
If you hire us for a full-service relocation, you don’t have much to worry about but if you’re going to take it upon yourself or your team to get some of the work done, processes like packing, disassembly, and unpacking mean you’ll have a lot of work to do.
We find the main difference between home and office relocation because stuff is not related, and it’s so easy to mix things up. This sort of mixup is unacceptable and can cause delays, which in your case, could mean an unnecessary loss of revenue.
-
Did you hire us to get the packing work done?
If not, you’ll need to pack each employee’s stuff in separate crates and mark them..
-
Did you declutter unnecessary items?
If not, marking the crates and the items, including who they belong to, area and location in the new office, is necessary.
-
Did you arrange for parking?
It doesn’t help if we need to spend 20 minutes looking for a parking spot, or even worse, park far from your office. It will cause significant delays and loss of workforce as at least two workers will be needing to remain with the van to avoid passersby getting too interested in what’s inside.
Disassembly, though it’s offered at no additional charge, it’s very time-consuming, and if you decide to do it by yourself, you’ll need to mark each item and all its pieces in a way that will help you put it back together. No fun at all.

How to Make a Reservation
Step 1
Go through the questions, answering them as best you can. Once done, you’ll reach the move summary page.
Step 2
Based on the information there, you’ll be able to make an educated decision on which package suits you best and how long you will need a driver or the team – a half or full day.
Step 3
Choose a package, half or full day, pay a deposit, legs on the desk. Like a boss.

Self-Driving Van
(…almost)
Now, don’t think of this as going off to hire a van, picking up an empty vehicle to make your move – far from it.
The M25 Movers concept is more than just an empty van. When you contract M25 Movers, on moving day, there’s a van waiting outside, clean, full of all the necessary tools and equipment you’ll need. The driver then gives you a comprehensive introduction to all the equipment and safety instructions. He then confirms the inventory and leaves you to get the work done.
Packing
If you’ve already packed up the office, that’s great, but
-
if you need to pack more files?
We’ve got a special box for that so that you can slide them in.
-
Need to pack your favorite coffee mug?
Got a special box for that; it can hold 24 of them.
Our vans have so much more, so please go here to learn more about our awesome vans.

Not an issue, ‘Mario’ is there for precisely this sort of item.

LOADING
Every van is equipped with a hand truck for the easy carrying of boxes and crates, along with moving pads to protect your office furniture. We also have floor protection the driver will help you install and even a first aid kit just in case your pinky gets smashed against that big filing cabinet when you try to lift it.
Mario, the driver/mover, is in charge of stacking the van. It’s not an easy task, and the move’s success is pretty much up to him. If you’ve got anything you can’t handle on your own, Mario is there to handle it with you.

Let’s Book a Team
Now we’re talking business.
What else can we say about M25 Movers that hasn’t been said before? To us, the best team is the one where you forget their names and faces 5 minutes after they left your home, and we promise you that this is precisely what is going to happen. And now, you can choose your moving team depending on your requirements directly from your portal.
Packing
Even if you don’t use our packing service, we advise clients to use our labels to mark each of their boxes. You’ve no idea how much time it saves on unloading! Declutter your office yourself, or use our friendly and affordable decluttering service. Then there is the parking to arrange unless of course, you choose our parking service. There is no additional charge for disassembly (and reassembly on the other end) but please keep in mind that these are time-consuming processes.
moving day
As soon as the team arrives, give them the grand tour of the office. Please make sure any personal belongings you don’t want them to load are stored in a designated area.
-
Provide them with contact information, and feel free to leave. They’ll call you when it’s time to get going.
-
Make sure to do a walkthrough after they’re done loading. No one wants to come back for a stapler, certainly in London traffic.
-
Once the unloading is finished, check the van to make sure nothing got left by mistake. Walk around your new home with the team leader to make sure everything is where it should be.
-
Payment will be made automatically on moving day, so that’s one thing off the list 🙂
-
Once done unloading, check the van to make sure nothing got left by mistake. Walk through the office with the team leader to make sure everything is where it should be.
And then…we think we’re done. Great job, everyone!
