It started in 1998 (25 years now!) M25 Movers has developed a way for people like you to plan their next move and complete it in the most efficient method possible. From the first contact through the survey until the last crate is off the van, a streamlined process designed to reduce the stress level on one of life’s most dreaded experiences.
How’s that for a moving company?

Funny (or not), those are three different things. Most people go about hiring a moving company with concerns 1 and 2 on their minds, and after talking to a few, they forget about them and only deal with the 3rd. Moving companies have that effect on people 🙂
Families move on average once every 7 years; our mission is to ensure a pleasant memory.
Pleasant might be pushing it, let’s say bearable 🙂

The Team
Moving companies rely on their teams.
Our moving teams are what make M25 Movers great. Simple, no complications. Not our (super amazing) site, not our (beautiful custom built) vans or our (one of a kind) customer relationship management system, no sir, it’s our movers.
Sebastian “The Mjölnir”, Eugine “The Tractor”, Damian “The Puffy”, or Gigi “Ceaser”- they are the backbone of M25.
A group of men who make up their minds to be part of M25 movers for the past 15 years and the next 10.

The Survey
Visual surveys are the best way for us to quote and later handle our client’s needs. We can quote for a home move based on the number of bedrooms, how long they have been living there, and how many people live in the house, and we will get it right 85% of the time but moving home is stressful enough, and we must minimize uncertainties.
Online surveys are more straightforward, do not put anyone at risk, don’t contribute to congestion or pollution, and are as accurate and guaranteed as onsite surveys. You also don’t need to get dressed up and all that jazz.
If you are moving from a 2 bed and up, choosing a moving company without a survey is, well, not recommended.

Survey time. Make sure you show our (lovely) surveyor everything that needs to be done online or onsite.

Please don’t think of this as some strangers and an empty vehicle showing up to help you move – far from it.
The M25 Movers concept is more than just an empty van. Each van we supply arrives outside your home clean and presentable, with all the tools needed to move your stuff. The team that already watches the survey and knows what is required will get to work.

Wrapping
Wrapping comes standard at M25 Movers. All your furniture will be wrapped with moving pads and plastic wrap to protect from mud, rain etc.
Packing
This package does not include packing service, but if, for example,

We’ve got crates in our van. The first five are free to use.

Need that suit taking care of?
Each van comes with three wardrobe boxes for you that can hold a minimum of 36 garments; hang them inside.
LOADING
Nothing is more critical in the move process than how we load the goods, we can pack everything in rivers of bubbles, but if they are lose inside the van… well, you can (but shouldn’t) imagine.
Alexey Pajitnov got the idea for Tetris after we moved him.
UNLOADING
Together with you, we will plan where we will put the large items in each room. Then, we will do a walk-through and ask them where the larger items, such as the sofas, TV, cabinets, beds, and dressers, need to be placed.
We will also ask the client to choose where to put the boxes and small items in each room.
Whatever we took apart, we will, of course, put it back together.
JOB DONE!
See? It wasn’t so hard. After all, you didn’t need to leave your home, buy the necessary equipment, sign an insurance disclaimer and all that jazz. One-click, done. That’s what M25 Movers is all about.

Packing may be difficult, but unpacking is more complicated. Trust M25 Movers staff to complete unpacking tasks in hours that could have taken you weeks and sometimes months.
We’ve got stories about returning clients who asked for a discount on the packing service because they were not done unpacking from their last move 🙂

UnPacking
Depend on the level of service you asked for, we will spend few hours or an entire day, emptying all crates, books on the shelfs, linens in the cupboard, cloths on the rails etc.

General notes on all packages
Pre-Moving day
Even if you don’t use our packing service, we advise clients to use our labels to mark their boxes. You’ve no idea how much time it saves on unloading! Declutter your home yourself, or use our friendly and affordable decluttering service.
Then there is the parking to arrange unless, of course, you choose our parking service. There is no additional charge for disassembly and reassembly.
Moving Day
As soon as the team arrives, please give them the grand tour of the house. Make sure any personal belongings you don’t want them to load are stored in a designated area.
Provide them with contact information, and feel free to leave. They’ll call you when it’s time to get going.
Make sure to do a walk-through after they’re done loading. No one wants to come back for the remote control.
Ensure all the rooms are labelled at the destination, so the team knows where each box/item is going.
Payment will be made automatically on moving day, so that’s one thing off the list 🙂
After Move
If you didn’t go with our unpacking service, the next few days would be busy. We usually allow seven days before we need crates back; please contact us if you need more time.
Please visit your portal if you need a hard copy of your invoice.
In some cases (3 out of 100), there might be move-related damages; please read this guide if you have a complaint or claim.
This is it, we guess. Once the dust settles, many of our clients realise that they need low-level clearance or storage service; please use our online tools or contact us.
