Few people look forward to packing––not even when they are looking forward to the move itself. To make things easier, M25 group offers 3 different packages with this one being the most comprehensive one, a copy-paste service, i mean our packers are so efficient that we find ourselves needing to warn our clients - whatever you do, don't stand in one place for too long or you might find yourself shrink wrapped.

Prior to Packing Day

Pack a suitcase or box for each member of the family several days in advance (while everything else is in boxes). This way everything they'll need is easily attainable.
declutter (unless you choose to use our decluttering service), arrange for parking (unless you choose to use our parking service :) Inventorize (unless you choose to use our inventory service) your goods, boxes and furniture using our inventory tool, Declutter (unless you choose to use our decluttering service), arrange for parking (unless you choose to use our parking service) but really the most important thing is to identify an area or room in your home where you are going to put all the goods that are NOT going with us. It is crucial to the success of the move that once the movers are there there is going to be no confusion at all in terms of what is going and what’s not.

Reservation

As a matter of policy, we try to minimize the time our clients need to be involved in the process, we will always try to make sure packing and moving home get done on the same day but in some cases (2bedroom homes and up) you will need to reserve the day before moving day for packing service.

Packing Day

As soon as the team arrives give them the grand tour of the house. Make sure personal belongings you don't want them to load are stored in a designated area.
Provide them with contact information and feel free to leave. They’ll call you before it's time to get going.
Make sure to do a walkthrough after they are done packing. No one wants to come back for the remote control.
Payment will be done automatically on moving day so that's one thing off the list :)
A copy of all paperwork (not including the inventory) will be available to you on your portal, we want you to be worry-free as we know you’ve got so much more to deal with.

M25 still operates its sales office and you’re more than welcome to go ahead and set up a meeting right now.
Choose the date and time and type of survey you want (online or onsite) and we will be there, same as always.

Once you schedule your survey (online or onsite) you’ll get confirmation from us. We’ll get the survey done and email you with a guaranteed all-inclusive quote with all the necessary services you need and that's it really, all you need to do is choose M25 Movers. We got the rest.
