13.1 Transit Delays: While we always aim for timely transport, sometimes unforeseen factors can cause delays. Unless due to our oversight or a breach of our agreement, we won’t be liable for these transit delays.
13.2 Unanticipated Storage: If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we can’t deliver your belongings, they’ll be moved into our storage facility. In such cases, our commitment under this agreement is considered complete. Any subsequent services, such as storage and redelivery, will be your responsibility, both operationally and financially.
13.3 Goods in Storage: Should your items be in our care, we’d appreciate a notice period of two weeks for the preferred delivery date. We’ll earnestly try to meet this date, though it’s not always guaranteed. Also, please note, goods will only be released once all dues are cleared.
13.4 Unexpected Delivery Hiccups: Life can sometimes throw curveballs. If we can’t deliver on an agreed date for any reason, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. However, we won’t be able to cover additional costs you might incur, such as accommodation, rental expenses, or professional fees.
