If you choose to pay the movers directly rather than through M25’s official channels, you are effectively waiving your rights under our terms and conditions, including any liability or protection we offer.

At that point, the transaction becomes personal between you and the team, and M25 General Maintenance Ltd is no longer responsible for any issues that may arise during or after the service — including damages, delays, valuation claims, or complaints.

We’d never stand in the way of a generous tip (trust us, they love you for it). But when it comes to the actual job payment, please keep it official. It keeps everyone safe, covered, and happy.
