Summary:
Commercial moves aren’t guesswork. They require precision, planning, and discipline. These terms set out how we prepare, how you prepare, and what happens in between. No surprises, no excuses.
The Terms:
1.1 Advance Notice
We require at least a week’s notice for commercial relocations. This ensures we can allocate the right crew, vehicles, and planning resources. If you book later than this, we’ll do our best — but availability is not guaranteed, and surcharges may apply.
1.2 Changing Requirements
If your needs change (scope, dates, access, size), you must inform us immediately in writing. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and/or delays on the day.
1.3 Pre-Move Assessment
We conduct surveys (onsite or online) to scope your move. These assessments form the basis of your quote. Anything not disclosed or misrepresented in the survey may be charged separately on the day.
1.4 Quotation
We provide a written quote within 48 hours of survey completion. All costs, services, and terms will be outlined clearly. Quotes remain valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
1.5 Communication
Open communication is non-negotiable. If you have questions, adjustments, or clarifications, raise them before confirming. Once confirmed, the quote stands as binding.
1.6 Final Confirmation
Upon acceptance of the quote, we’ll confirm dates, times, and specific instructions in writing. A dedicated project coordinator will be assigned as your single point of contact.
Conclusion:
Think of your move like a production. We’re the stage crew — disciplined, precise, and professional. But the script must be final before the curtain rises. No last-minute improvisations.
