Office moves don’t need a law degree. Here’s the quick version of how we work together — stripped of the legal jargon, but still the truth.

🕒 Notice #

The more notice you give us, the smoother it goes. Four weeks = perfect. One week = still fine. 24 hours = expect chaos (and extra charges).

💰 Charges #

No hourly nonsense. You’ll get a fixed quote that covers volume, labour, and logistics. If the reality on the day doesn’t match what you told us, we’ll charge fairly and tell you straight.

📦 Extras #

Need crates, IT help, or a handyman? Book them in advance. Add them last minute, and they’ll cost more.

🚫 Cancellations #

Cancel early = no problem. Cancel late = you cover our costs. Cancel when the vans are at your door = you’re paying most of the bill.

💳 Payments #

Deposit secures your date. Balance is due on time (28 days max unless agreed otherwise). Pay late and our collections team gets involved — and they’re less fun than our movers.

📑 Claims #

If something goes wrong, use our claims process. It’s quick, fair, and separate from payments. You still pay on time.

🌍 Digital-First #

All documents are online — quotes, invoices, agreements. Faster, cleaner, greener.
