Summary:
Plans change. We get it. But once a crew and vans are booked, costs are locked in. This section sets out exactly what happens depending on when you cancel or postpone.

The Terms:

3.1 Notice Periods

• More than 7 days before move date: No cancellation fee. Deposits remain non-refundable.

• 3–7 days before move date: Up to 75% of the removal charge may apply.

• Less than 3 days’ notice: Full quoted charge applies.

• Within 24 hours of move: 50% of the total quoted cost applies.

• On-site cancellation (team already dispatched): 75% of the total quoted cost, or £485.00 (whichever is greater).

3.2 Refunds

• Refunds of deposits (where applicable) are processed via bank transfer within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation.

• Non-refundable deposits will be clearly marked at the time of booking.

3.3 Storage Moves

• For moves out of storage, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required. Shorter notice may incur additional charges.

Conclusion:
Flexibility doesn’t mean free. Give us enough notice and we’ll work with you. Cancel late, and the cost is on you.
