These terms explain how we work together on your office relocation — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Welcome to M25 Movers, and thank you for trusting us with your commercial move.
Before we get rolling, let’s set the ground rules — clear, fair, and written in plain English.

Who’s Who:

• “You” or “your” = your business, our client.

• “We”, “us”, or “M25 Movers” = M25 Systems Limited (head office: Second Way, Wembley) and our affiliated companies.

• “Work” = everything we do for you — office relocations, packing, storage, and any extras you’ve booked.

Flexibility:
We know every business is different. These terms cover most situations, but if something doesn’t fit, we can agree on changes in writing. No handshake deals, no guesswork.

Key Clauses to Note:
Clauses 8, 9, 10 & 11 spell out our responsibilities and limits of liability. Read them carefully. If you want extra protection, we strongly recommend arranging specialist insurance. That will be under a separate agreement.

Commercial vs. Residential:
Most of our T&Cs are the same across the board. But when it comes to commercial moves, a few sections change — specifically:

• Charges

• Cancellations

• Moving Requirements

• Payment Terms
  These are tailored for office relocations. Everything else follows our residential framework.

Sustainability:
We don’t do paper trails. All references to “documents” mean digital records (emails, online forms, mobile docs). Faster for you, greener for everyone.

Closing Note:
We’re here to make your move seamless. If you need clarity, ask. The only bad question is the one not asked.
