When we say “you” or “your”, we’re referring to you, our esteemed customer. On the other hand, terms like “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company” are all about M25 Systems Limited and our affiliated companies. By the way, our official address is Second Way, Wembley, but many know us by our trade name – “M25 Movers”. The word “Work” captures everything we’ll be doing for you, from moving and packing to storage and other related services.
A little housekeeping: While these terms are our standard, we’re always open to conversation. Any changes or tweaks can be made, but we’ll need to agree on them in writing. There are certain clauses, notably 8, 9, 10, & 11, that speak about our responsibilities and limits. We recommend that you consider specialist insurance for added peace of mind. If you decide to go this route, your insurance will have its own set of terms.
Oh, and a nod to our green initiatives: To lessen our environmental footprint, we often use electronic records. So, when we mention “documents”, this could mean emails, information on our website, or even data on handheld devices.
