Like Rambo said, Day by Day.  Here are your 12 steps;

1. Set yourself up for failure by putting a deadline on it.
2. Repeat after me, “I can do it.” Now go ahead and say it 55 times. 
3. Forget passive-aggressive – get angry.  
4. For the next ten days, do a little at a time.
5. Music can help. And no, not on youtube.  
6. Never say later. Did you take it out of the box? Deal with it now. 
7. You work so hard and no one appreciates you. We know. Open the fridge for the 20th time today 🙂 and treat yourself. 
8. Go for a run. The thought of doing 5 miles might encourage you to open another box. 
9. Think how happy and grateful your family will be. Now wave that thought goodbye. You know it’s not gonna happen.
