When should I notify of a claim or a complaint?

As soon as possible is the simple answer. If you’ve talked to the team leader, he will make us aware of a problem. However, if there has been some damage, you must formally notify us through our website or your portal, and you have up to seven days after the removal to do this. 

You can use this same method to complain about the service you received.
