We know spanners can get in the works, so provided we get at least seven days’ notice in writing, everything’s fine. However, if it’s closer to your moving day, cancellation charges may apply.
Important: Any cancellation that is done less than 72 hours prior to service date will result in the full amount being charged to the card provided.

Log in to your portal – customer service – contact support – cancel move request – submit. We will reply to you within one business day with confirmation of the cancellation and, if done within the allowed seven days, a refund notification.
