Answer: If you’re just rescheduling, it’s totally free — as long as you give us a heads-up and we have availability on your new date. No penalty, no stress.
But if you’re cancelling altogether, a few things to note:

The £5 reservation fee is non-refundable (unless we cancel — then you get it back).

If you cancel within 24 hours of your move, you’ll be charged for 2 hours of service.

If you cancel after we’ve arrived, you’ll be charged 50% of your move total or £385, whichever is higher.
