MStorage is committed to the security and safety of your stored items. Security starts with our excellent moving team. All our team members are carefully picked professionals who’ve undergone thorough background checks. It means the people caring for your items are careful and methodical when packing, transporting and storing them.
Our storage facilities are monitored with CCTV 24/7 and are closed to the public; only authorised personnel are allowed inside. When MStorage picks up your items for storage, they’re placed into one of our MPods. The containers are closed at your premises with either a padlock or a numbered security seal. When returned, you’ll have confirmation no one has accessed your items in storage.
Each storage plan comes with a limited insurance plan, including an excess. You may choose to purchase additional insurance after the reservation is done by contacting our customer service.
