What Does Your Quote Include?
The quote includes the following:
- Loading & unloading (room-toroom)
- Congestion charges of central London, ULZ and ULEZ & fuel are included in your rate

Full packing service including all packaging supplies
(under option 2 only).
- Disassembly and reassembly of items as required.
- Free wardrobe boxes for your use.
- Box pick up after the move and according to our service area.
- Wrapping furniture with moving pads.
- Cargo Insurance paid out on an indemnity basis (up to £50,000 with a £250 excess) is included in our total
- Awesomeness 😎 come standard
To reduce our carbon footprint, we no longer use cardboard boxes, but instead use reusable and recyclable crates. We loan these to you in accordance with paragraph 19 of our terms and conditions.
Crates must always be returned in good condition and promptly.

By accepting this order for service you are accepting M25 Systems LTD terms and conditions as published on our website.

Storage
We use one of England’s most reputable storage companies which allows us to provide you with storage space at very competitive rates and at locations throughout the UK. This arrangement also allows us to provide you with any sized unit based on your requirements, plus security with constant CCTV, fire and smoke detection systems and each storage unit is individually alarmed.
Please be aware that inventory production is not included in our standard rates and will be charged separately. M25 is responsible for informing our clients about the inventory option through email communication. However, the client’s responsible for either confirming or waiving this service.
Parking
Parking our vehicles is your responsibility; please ensure that you arrange parking ahead of time. The charge will be added to your final bill if we are given a parking ticket.
To suspend your parking easily, please use this tool we developed especially for you. 👍
Packing
If you choose to pack your belongings yourself (not under option 2), please ensure you do
so in the right size boxes. If needed, we can provide a box delivery service (minimum order per delivery and charges will apply).
If you require our expert packing service, please remember that packing materials are not included in the hourly rate and will be
charged by the box.
This is a rental charge and all packaging materials remain company property and must be returned to us at the end of the move.
We won’t cover any item packed by anyone other than M25’s team. We recommend all our clients to use M25 packing service, especially on large moves and valuable items.
Waiting time is not included in this total; we usually do not charge anything for the first 30 minutes but charge £60.00 per hour, per van thereafter. (London postcode only).
Waiting time will be charged at £90.00 per hour, per van or £1,200.00 per day, per van for postcodes outside London.

Payment
We will require card details upon reservation. By providing us with your card details, you authorise us to use that card to charge you for any sums owed under this agreement Payment. (Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details).
If any postponement or cancellation fees or any ancillary (to your move) fees become due, we will similarly charge your card for the full
amount owed.
Unless you have paid for your move in advance by bank transfer or by CC/DC, our office will immediately charge your card for the full amount owed upon completing your move.

Estimations and Preparedness: While M25 Movers always comes prepared for the unexpected, please understand that our initial quotes are based on typical scenarios rather than worst-case possibilities. As the day unfolds, any unforeseen circumstances that incur additional costs will be your responsibility. We strive to keep you informed and make your move as smooth as possible.
Estimates of Resources: The number of vans and movers provided in your quote are estimates. Depending on the specifics of your move, actual requirements may vary. Our logistics team will make final determinations on the moving day to ensure your move is efficient and effective.
Timing Variations: In the dynamic world of moving, delays can happen. We ask for your understanding and flexibility with a possible one-hour variation in our arrival time at your property. This allows us to manage the day’s schedule and address any unexpected delays while maintaining our service quality.
Marketing Materials: M25 Group proudly uses signposts as part of our marketing efforts. These will be placed briefly and removed after we finish loading at your location. If you prefer not to use our signpost, please let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate your preferences.

Main Charges
Standard Hour: £120.00
Our standard hourly rate for every order Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Travel Time: £90.00 per 50 miles
For orders with delivery address outside the M25 belt, we will charge £90 per each 50 miles.

Packing service
Unless arranged in advance, we will charge £7 per crate packed
Unpacking service
Unless arranged in advance, we will charge £12 per crate unpacked
Parking reservation

Storage
Our group charge £2.8 per cubic feet
Handyman
For handyman work (which we love doing), we charge a rate of £45.00 per hour

Additional Man
Need an extra pair of hands? We’ve got you covered at £18 per hour for any additional manpower needed to make your move as smooth as possible. They come with instructions.🕺
Additional van
If your move within the M25 belt calls for another van, we can arrange that for a straightforward £140 charge. It’s all about ensuring your move goes off without a hitch, no matter the load! It comes with a driver. 🚚
Waiting time
Running a bit late ? Need to drop the kids at your mom? No problem! The first 30 minutes are on us. After that, it’s just £1 per minute. We understand that sometimes, delays just happen. ⏳
Overnight storage
If unloading needs to wait until the next day, no worries. We offer overnight storage at £275 per van, keeping your goods safe and sound until sunrise. 😴
Long carry
Navigating London's tight parking? We've got the first 75 feet covered. Beyond that and all the way to 300ft, it's an extra .10 per cubic foot. So, a 1000 cubic foot move would add £100. Simple and straightforward. For anything over 300ft, our office will quote on a case-by-case basis.😇
Stairs
Stairs? Elevator broke down? No problem. The first two floors are on us. After that, it’s just £75 for each additional flight. Easy peasy, keeping your move upbeat, even vertically! 😱
Extraordinary items
Got something extraordinary, like a baby grand piano or a 12 ft tall statue? Our team has a special knack for handling these unique treasures, with a tailored charge for anything that stands out from the crowd.🗿
Daily storage charge
Caught in a timing twist and need a storage solution for a day or so? No worries. We offer a daily storage rate of just .49p per cubic foot per day. It’s a simple, stress-free way to keep your belongings safe until you’re ready to move in.🛖
3rd Party
Parking fine
If we received a fine on your order, we would only charge the total amount of the penalty. There is no administrative fee.
Hoist
A hoist service costs 150 to 225 plus vat on average. However,, this service can cause delays in the overall moving process. Early reservation is recommended.
Congestion
Nothing to worry about. M25 does not charge separately for this items. We good like that 🙂
