Like you, everyone at M25 Group has become more environmentally aware. We know how important it is to recycle as much as we can, and the company is doing all it can to reduce its carbon footprint. That’s why we’ve come up with our simple 8 steps to book our highly-rated clearance teams. We can clear properties and businesses, recycling as much as possible, and safely remove and dispose of rubbish. 

How it works?

Call for a Clearance

You can either call or click here to book a rubbish collection with us. Let us know how much waste you have to shift. Don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to be exact. It helps us decide how big a truck we need to bring! Most clearances we can do in a day.

Remember, we’ll need access to the site that needs to be cleared and parking for our truck.

Task Assessment

Before the team get down to business, they’ll do a proper assessment of what needs to be cleared, and take photos.

Once we’ve seen what has to be done, we’ll provide you with a fixed quote for the work involved.

Getting the Job Done

Once we have the go-ahead, you can sit back and watch the team work. We can remove rubbish from upper floors and gardens provided there is adequate access. When all waste has been removed, we take photos to document the clearance has been completed.

We will also provide you with a record of what has been removed should you need it in the future.

What Happens to Your Waste?

Because of our commitment to green energy, everything we remove from your site is transferred to a local commercial recycling facility. We usually expect 95% of the rubbish can be recycled and diverted from landfill.
By recycling, we also offset the carbon emissions from our vehicles, in most cases by 150%. You’ll get a digital Waste Transfer Note, along with your receipt emailed to you when the job is completed.
