M25 Group knows a thing or two about event management and managers’ needs. Busy busy busy. So we’ve taken out the time-consuming phone calls and site visits, streamlining the process, so booking a removal service for your event is as simple as click, click, click.

Our Build-Your-Own-Event system allows each client to customise their event experience.

The intuitive online booking procedure takes you through planning your event, one step at a time. It even allows you to choose the removal team that’ll work with you.

Event Management?

I thought you guys are a moving company – what do you do exactly?
The short answer is, we clear spaces so they can be transformed for an event such as a wedding, corporate event, or any kind of celebration. It could be a home, office, garden, in fact, any private space.
Do you have experience in this sort of work?

M25 Movers has worked with leading event management and production companies and individual clients since 2015. We were the exclusive contractor for leading London institutions such as the Arts Club (we were the first company that removed furniture out of the club since 1865), Quaglinos, German gymnasium to name a few.  

How does it work?
On the day, our team removes all that needs to be removed. Think of it as a spring cleaning for an event space – tables, chairs, any kind of furniture or other equipment. We aim to leave the area clear so it can be a canvas for the event coordinator to do their work. We carefully load all the stuff we clear into our vans. Wrap it and stack it safe and sound. The vans are then parked a safe distance from the venue, and the team will wait for your delivery instructions. Late-night delivery is part of the business so no issues. Don’t think of us as a removal company. We’re part of your event coordination team. It’s your event – your timetable!
What’s your service area?
At the moment, our main area of operation is inside the M25 area. However, if you have an event further afield, call us to see if we can work it into our busy schedule.
Events are time-sensitive projects plus they tend to end in unconventional hours..

We know time is money, and our highly drilled team can clear most event spaces in record time. We generally expect to remove 12,000 cubic feet of chairs, tables and other equipment in around an hour – that’s about 28 tons of stuff. When disassembly is involved, things take a bit longer. As long as you give us enough time, we can move it.

What else?
Once cleared, we can even do the setup for you. Working with the event organisers, we can provide gazebos, tables of most sizes, chairs, plates and cutlery.

To make things easier, we’ve identified three deciding factors to create the perfect moving experience.

The Truck

The trucks we used are categorized as 7.5 tons and can carry 2000 cubic feet; it’s equivalent to a four-bedroom home.

Our fleet have two types of vans;

LONDON’S VAN: Smaller vans to better handle the streets of London and more important – the parking. Each of those vans can comfortably carry 650 cubic feet of goods. To put it another way, that’s about as much stuff you have in a typical two-bedroom home without any live plants or patio furniture.

CROSS COUNTRY: For large homes/venues with a lot to clear. The only downside is that they are very hard to park and don’t fit 65% of London’s streets. In cases of large event with no or restricted parking we will use few of our ‘London’s Van’

The Driver/ Team

The M25 Group has a long history of working with commercial enterprises in London. We’ve been around for 20 years, and some team members have been with us for almost as long. M25 Movers started commercial moving in our second year, so we’ve got the experience you expect.

Our company company have 2 types of drivers;

THE STRONG, SILENT TYPE: Recommended for stressed and introverts with a large event and lots of stuff to get done.

THE HANDSOME, CHATTY TYPE: Recommended for shiny, happy people with smaller events that like to have a conversation while working 😉

The Location

Winston Churchill once said (I know, right?): “Fail to plan, plan to fail.” Well, that’s a bit like our business. Nothing affects the success of your event more than how ready you get your location.
  • Do we need to pack goods in boxes or just store the goods?

  • Did you arrange for parking?

    It doesn’t help if we need to spend 20 minutes looking for a parking spot, or even worse, park far from your location. It will cause significant delays and loss of workforce.

Disassembly, though it’s offered at no additional charge, it’s very time-consuming, and if you decide to do it by yourself, you’ll need to mark each item and all its pieces in a way that will help you put it back together.

#CLEARING

LOCK & STOCK

Now, don’t think of this as going off to hire a van, picking up an empty vehicle to make your move – far from it.

The M25 Movers concept is more than just an empty van. When you contract M25 Movers, on event day, there’s a van waiting outside, clean, full of all the necessary tools and equipment you’ll need to deal with whatever surprises the day holds.

Packing

By now, you should already pack & remove all small items from the designated area, but if you got some last-minute packing to do? We’ve got crates for that.

LOADING​

Each van is equipped with moving pads to protect your furniture, tools for every picture you get hanging and want to remove. We also have floor protection that the driver will help you instal.

DRIVING​

Once done with the loading process, the driver will confirm the delivery/unloading time, lock the van and give you the unique box lock. They will then park the van at a safe distance from the location and await your further instructions.

UNLOADING

Once the event is over, the team will start unloading; as they took pictures of the area before they load, they will know where each item goes, so no worries there. All you need to do is allow them access and sign off on the delivery at the end of the day/night.

Scheduling

Please arrange for this service 2 hours before you need the space empty just to be on the safe side.

#BACKGROUND #SETUP

REVOLVER

M25 can handle private events of up to 35-40 people; it’s a pick and choose service so that you can have all the below or only some. Here is, step by step, what we can do for you.

Step 1

We will cover an area of up to 50sqm with wood tiles/ plastic or artificial grass.

Step 2

Set up the Marquees. Lights included.

Step 3

We will set up the tables; you can choose between tables with 6 or 8 seats. All sizes come with a high quality lily-white cover.

Step 4

We will unload and set up the chairs around the tables. Covers are optional.

Step 5

We will set up all Plates & Cutlery by each chair.

Step 6

Install our Bluetooth 90W outdoor speakers. Two of them.

Step 7

Bouncy castle time. Kids are gonna love it and you might get the chance to have a drink with the guests.

This package is a combination of 1 & 2. It’s designed for clients who use the space daily and need it cleared and set up. As before, we will clear the space of everything, wrap it and carefully load it to our vans; once the area is clear, we will start setting up according to your specification.

Full Day

I’ll assume you read the intro on the first package so I won’t repeat it but just say that though the work on most events starts at 4-6pm, including prep-time, sometimes there is a need for more than that so here at M25 we offer a more flexible time management for complex and VIP event, this way you leave no room for surprises and have the luxury of having a killer team with you all day long. They can even grab your latte if you so desire 😉

Weekend Event

It’s the weekend, so you thought that the only decision you need to make is glass and bottle, but then again, there is a fine line between Saturday night and Sunday morning. At least for us movers. Weekend events are more expensive than weekdays due to high demand and not that much supply. You will be happy to know that apart from the rates, everything else stays the same.
