Residential Removals
Supervan +
The idea is to take something so complex and emotionally charged as moving home and try to make it as pain-free and straightforward as possible, giving you complete control. When clients start dealing with their move, we know that many get the ‘deer in the headlight’ syndrome. There’s so much to do, and they don’t know where to start.

To make things easier, we’ve identified three deciding factors to create the perfect moving experience.

Vans
All our vans come with the necessary equipment and then some. Do you need some last-minute packing? Done. Tools to take that bed apart? Done. Our fleet have two types of vans;
LONDON’S VAN: Smaller vans to better handle the streets of London and more important – the parking. Each of those vans can comfortably carry 650 cubic feet of goods. To put it another way, that’s about as much stuff you have in a typical two-bedroom home without any live plants or patio furniture.
CROSS COUNTRY: We use those vans mainly for clients with 3 bedroom homes who are moving outside London, you know, to be close to parents and smell the fresh country air. Those vans have 2.5 times the volume capacity. To put it another way, that’s about as much stuff you have in a 3-4 bedroom home with all live plants and patio furniture.

The Driver/ Team
We take great pride in knowing our drivers and teams are the best in the business.
It’s a trade that’s gone from father to son for generations, and they’re working for us! And we are so good at training them that today, ten years down the road, half of all removal companies in north London use people who were trained by us. As a matter of fact, moving, as you know, was first introduced by M25 Movers!
Joking aside, the guys working for us might not be great conversationalists, but they are great movers!

The Home
Abraham Lincoln (I know, right) once said: “Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” It reflects our philosophy of relocation.
Nothing affects the success of your move more than how ready YOU get your home;
-
Did you pack all the goods?
Putting them in a large IKEA bag does not constitute packing.
-
Did you declutter unnecessary items?
No one listens to CDs anymore!
-
Did you arrange for parking?
It doesn’t help if we need to spend 20 minutes looking for a spot, or even worse, parking far from your home.
Disassembly, though offered as standard; it’s the most time-consuming process in an average move. Think about it, wouldn’t you rather have the team loading the heavy items into the van than spending 30 minutes stripping down shelves or beds?

How to Make a Reservation
Step 1
Go through the questions, answering them as best you can. Once done, you’ll reach the service summary page.
Step 2
Based on the information there, you’ll be able to make an educated decision on which package suits you best and how long you will need a driver or the team – a half or full day.
Step 3
Choose a package, half or full day, pay a deposit, legs on the desk. Like a boss.

The Package Breakdown

Super Van
Now, don’t think of this as going off to hire a van, picking up an empty vehicle to make your move – far from it.
The M25 Movers concept is more than just an empty van. Each van we supply arrives outside your home clean and presentable, with all the tools needed to move your stuff. The driver then gives you a comprehensive introduction to the equipment, as well as the safety procedures. He then confirms the tool inventory and leaves you to get the work done.
Please note: Our driver will only deal with organising the van on both pickup and delivery location. He will not load or unload the van

Packing
If you’ve already packed all your household goods, that’s great but if for example;
-
Do you need to pack your plates?
We’ve got a special box for that so that you can slide them in.
-
Need to pack your favorite coffee mug?
Got a special box for that; it can hold 24 of them.
-
Need that suit taking care of?
Each van comes with three wardrobe boxes for you that can hold a minimum of 36 garments; hang them inside.
LOADING
Important: Loading is the client responsibility.
Every van is equipped with a hand truck for the easy carrying of boxes and crates, along with moving pads to protect your furniture. We also have floor protection the driver will help you install and even a first aid kit just in case your pinky gets smashed against that big sofa when you try to lift it.
DRIVING
Once the loading is finished, the driver will confirm the address, lock the van and give you the unique box lock, and up to two people can join him for the ride.
UNLOADING
Important: Unloading is the client responsibility.
Once we arrive at our destination, our driver will park the van, and you can start unloading – which is much easier than loading! You’ll need to unpack all the boxes and hand them to our driver. It’s essential to make sure the van is empty. As this is a DIY service, there can be no claim process once the move is completed.
JOB DONE!
See? It wasn’t so hard. After all, you didn’t need to leave your home, buy the necessary equipment, sign an insurance disclaimer and all that jazz. One-click, done. That’s what M25 Group is all about.

So we took an excellent concept, and we made it even better. Think about the self-driving van but with your own personal, professional and experienced super-mover. We like to think of him as your own Super Mario. No Luigi though.

Does a tall mirror need to be packed?
Not an issue, our man ‘Mario’ is there for precisely this sort of item.

We also have floor protection the driver will help you install and even a first aid kit just in case your pinky gets smashed against that big sofa when you try to lift it.
‘Mario,’ the driver/mover, is in charge of stacking the van with your belongings. It’s not an easy task, and the move’s success is pretty much up to him. If you’ve got anything you can’t handle on your own, ‘Mario’ is there to handle it with you.

Once the loading is finished, ‘Mario’ will confirm with you the address, lock the van and give you the special box lock, and up to two people can join him for the ride.

Let’s Book a Team
Now we’re talking business.
What else can we say about M25 Movers that hasn’t been said before? To us, the best team is the one where you forget their names and faces 5 minutes after they left your home, and we promise you that this is precisely what is going to happen. And now, you can choose your moving team depending on your requirements directly from your portal.

pre-move
Packing work is included in this package. Awesome, we know.
moving day
As soon as the team arrives, please give them the grand tour of the house. Make sure any personal belongings you don’t want them to load are stored in a designated area.
-
Provide them with contact information, and feel free to leave. They’ll call you when it’s time to get going. Make sure to do a walkthrough after they’re done loading. No one wants to come back for the remote control
-
Ensure all the rooms are labelled at the destination so the team knows where each box/item is going. Payment will be made automatically on moving day, so that’s one thing off the list 🙂
-
Once the unloading is finished, check the van to make sure nothing got left by mistake. Walk around your new home with the team leader to make sure everything is where it should be.
And then…we think we’re done.
Great job, everyone!
Note on packing work: Our van comes with quite a lot of supplies as standard. Crates of all sizes and wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes, to name a few. However, it’s essential to know that this is not a custom packing service, and we can not guarantee that we will have supplies for everything you got.
