Let me tell you about this great concept we came up with, imagine ordering this service and on moving day there is a van waiting outside, clean, full of all the necessary tools and equipment you’re going to need, the driver then gives you a quick introduction to all the equipment, confirms the inventory and then leaves you to get the work done;

If you’ve already packed your office, that's great but if for example;
Do you need to pack some leftover folders? Got a special box for that, just slide them in.
Need to pack your pc station? Got a special box for that.

Van is equipped with a hand truck to easily carry boxes and crates, Moving pads to protect your furniture, tools for picture hanging. We also have floor protection the driver will help you install and even a first aid kit just in case your pinky gets smashed against that big file cabinet you try to lift.
Once done with the loading process, the driver will confirm with you the address, lock the van and give you the special box lock, you can even join him for the ride, up to two people.
Once we arrive at our destination, our driver will park the van and you can start the unloading process which is so much easier than loading. You’ll need to unpack all the boxes and hand them to our driver. It's important to make sure the van is empty, as this is a DIY service there can be no claim process once the move is completed.
See? Wasn't so hard after all (well...maybe a little), you didn't need to go through quotes, buy equipment, sign an insurance disclaimer and all that jazz. One-click, done. That's what M25 Group is all about.

So we took an awesome concept and we made it even better, think about the self-driving van but with your own personal, professional and experienced super-mover. Sort of Super Mario but a mover and no Luigi. An all-powerful mover that can, in some cases, save the day. Let’s call him Mario for now :)

If you already packed all your office, that's great but if for example;

Mario is in charge of stacking the van with the goods, it's not an easy task and the success of the move is pretty much up to his work but if you’ve got anything you can't handle on your own, Mario is there to handle it with you.
Once done with the loading process, Mario will confirm with you the address, lock the van and give you the special box lock. You can even join him for the ride, up to two people. Btw - Mario only talks in blips so please, no meaningful conversations.

Book your office move, half or full day
Pack (unless you choose to use our packing service) and use our labels to mark each of the boxes. You have no idea how much time it saves unloading, declutter (unless you choose to use our decluttering service), arrange for parking (unless you choose to use our parking service). And yes, disassemble necessary items the day before (unless of course, you choose to use our disassembly service).
As soon as the team arrives give them the grand tour of the office, make sure personal belongings you don't want them to load are stored in a designated area.
Provide them with contact information and feel free to leave. They’ll call you when it's time to get going.
Make sure to do a walkthrough after they’ve done loading. No one wants to come back for the remote control, not in London traffic.
At the destination make sure to label all the offices so the team knows where each box/item is going.
Payment will be done automatically on moving day so that's one thing off the list :)
Once done unloading, check the van to make sure nothing got left by mistake, walk in the office together with the team leader just to make sure everything is where it should be.
And then...I think we’re done.

We get it, it can be a bit much plus we don't recommend this process to the owners of large offices, not at the moment.
M25 still operates its sales office and you are more than welcome to go ahead and set up a meeting right now.
Choose the date and time and type of survey you want (online or onsite) and we will be there, same as always.
Once you schedule your survey (online or onsite) you’ll get a confirmation. We’ll get the survey done and email you with a guaranteed all-inclusive quote with all the necessary services you need and that's it really, all you need to do is choose M25 Movers. We got the rest.
