Honestly the best money I’ve ever spent. Hours and hours and hours of hauling years of crap I have accumulated up and down stairs, in the scorching sun, on a bank holiday, and no complaints. Really nice guys and never said no to a request. I will be using them again if I move.

Update 2025 - used them again. Even better than last time!

My experience with M25 Movers was extremely disappointing, and I genuinely regret choosing this company.

What concerns me most is the huge disconnect between my experience and the overwhelmingly positive picture presented by some of the reviews. Some of the glowing reviews appear remarkably generic and unusually enthusiastic, which raises serious questions about how representative they actually are. I obviously cannot prove who wrote them, but given my experience, I would not be surprised if some of these reviews were written or encouraged by people connected to the company.

Potential customers should look beyond the star rating and read the negative reviews carefully. Pay particular attention to complaints about accountability, damage, compensation and the company's Terms & Conditions. In my experience, these are far more revealing than a collection of five-star comments saying how “amazing” or “professional” the service supposedly was.

The Terms & Conditions themselves are another major red flag for me. They are incredibly convoluted and feel like a labyrinth of clauses, exclusions and technicalities. Instead of giving customers clear and transparent information, I felt that the wording provided the company with multiple ways to avoid responsibility when something went wrong.

And when mistakes did happen, my experience was that taking responsibility was apparently much harder than pointing to the small print.

That is not the level of transparency or accountability I expect from a professional moving company.

A company can make mistakes — what matters is how it responds afterwards. In my case, I felt that the customer was left to deal with the consequences while the company relied heavily on its Terms & Conditions to protect itself.

The combination of my experience, the complicated T&Cs and the apparent mismatch between some of the online reviews and what I experienced has left me with a very poor impression of M25 Movers.

I would strongly recommend doing your own research before booking them. Don't rely solely on the overall star rating. Read the detailed negative reviews, scrutinise the company's Terms & Conditions and get absolutely everything in writing.

Andrei and the A Team were amazing this morning! Very strong communication from the M25 team all the way. Super efficient, careful with everything, conscientious and patient with our kids and dog too. We will definitely use them again when we move in a year’s time! Thank you
